Eloise is a Reiki Master with over 15 years experience, initiated into Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki in 2008 and certified as a master in 2023. Her practice is rooted in the Japanese origins of Reiki and offered through a western lineage.
Eloise has supported clients through periods of heightened stress, grief, physical recovery and emotional intensity. Her practice is particularly attuned to working with the nervous system during times when the body needs additional support to settle and restore balance.
Working with Eloise
Sessions begin with a check-in where you can share as much or as little as you like about what bought you in. Reiki is then administered to you through a series of non-invasive hand positions placed directly on the body. Eloise works from the understanding that the body is an intelligent self-healing organism. Reiki supports this innate intelligence by creating conditions for the body to reorganize itself across physical, emotional, mental and energetic layers, allowing balance to re-emerge. An optional reflection time closes the session.
