Stina Richardson

Stina was born in London and spent long summers in Norway by the sea. She has a Bsc(Hons) science degree in Complementary Therapies and has spanned the globe receiving training in a variety of modalities including shiatsu, nutrition, reiki, counseling and somatic therapy. Stina calls upon this range of modalities to provide a uniquely blended session. Her breadth of experience provides a deep understanding of the human condition and allows her to see the potential each person has for change. Her aim is to offer a place of calm where healing is contained in a supportive, nonjudgemental space.

Stina specialises in Mind-Body Therapy which is a mind-body focused approach to therapy. It is a peaceful, meditative practice which uses a blend of talk, visualization, light touch and ends with the blissful sounds of Tibetan singing bowls.

Sessions are relaxed and non-confrontational, where you will be comfortably seated with your eyes closed, giving voice to whatever is bothering you. Stina will act as a guide throughout the process, hearing and responding to whatever comes up, helping to release or resolve issues, whether mental, emotions or physical.

The sessions end with you lying down in a state of deep relaxation to then be immersed in the gentle sounds of Tibetan singing bowls to help you settle and rebalance.

Sound therapy sessions are also available to book separately to boost your day and help you feel refreshed and like new!
