Eugénie is a Reiki Usui practitioner with nearly 10 years of practice, trained to Master level in the traditional Usui lineage.

She works with people navigating stress, anxiety, chronic pain, and ongoing life transitions, with a particular focus on supporting women through their journey toward motherhood.

Alongside her Reiki practice, she holds a BTEC Level 5 qualification in Soft Tissue and Clinical Massage Therapy, with strong foundations in anatomy and physiology, has completed a 900-hour yoga teacher training in Mumbai, and studied Taoist and Thai traditional medicine in Northern Thailand.

Chi Nei Tsang Abdominal Therapy with Reiki

Chi Nei Tsang is a traditional Taoist healing practice that works with the abdomen as the body’s living centre, the seat of digestion, breath, emotion and energy. Abdominal stagnation can quietly shape the whole system: digestion, breathing, mood, mental clarity, hormonal rhythm, menstrual flow, sleep and the felt sense of being grounded in the body. These sessions combine abdominal massage, acupressure, diaphragmatic release, lymphatic drainage, warm compresses and fascial work. Reiki is woven throughout. The treatment is both manual and energetic. Not suitable during pregnancy.

Advanced Chi Nei Tsang: Pelvic, Womb & Reproductive Therapy with Reiki.

These sessions consist of deeper abdominal work for women, focused on the reproductive system, sexual energy and the body’s key transitions (perimenopause & menopause, postpartum, hormonal imbalance, pelvic congestion or disconnection, etc). The deeper pelvic work addresses the reproductive organs, surrounding fascia and vascular pathways through deep myofascial release, acupressure and energetic channel work. Reiki runs through the entire session, with particular attention to the sacral and pelvic centre. This is entirely external, hands-on work. There is no internal work of any kind.

Prenatal Massage & Reiki Fusion Therapeutic Support | 12 Weeks to Birth

This session is a fusion of restorative prenatal massage and the stabilizing presence of Reiki, designed to manage the physical demands of pregnancy while honoring the energetic bond between mother and baby. The work provides structural release, targeted nerve and pelvic work, circulatory support and postural adaptation. Reiki is woven into the physical work to act as a profound regulator for both the mother and the developing life within. For the mother it clears the mental noise and hormonal waves of pregnancy; the baby then rests in a quiet, shared frequency that fosters an early, wordless bond.

Postnatal Restoration

The body after birth is not broken, it is reorganising.

This session is designed to meet that reality with precision and care. It draws on a range of therapeutic modalities, structural massage, Chi Nei Tsang abdominal work, and Reiki — woven together and tailored to what each woman needs at each stage of her recovery. C-section scar work available if applicable. Not every element is offered at every visit. The session is built around your specific needs. Work can begin 6 weeks after a natural delivery or 8-12 weeks post-op for C-section subject to GP clearance.

What to expect in a Reiki session with Eugénie

Reiki Usui is a non-invasive energy healing practice that is offered through light touch, where hands are gently placed on or hovering above the body.Reiki is received fully clothed, lying comfortably on a treatment table. Each session is unique and guided intuitively. Eugénie acts as a channel for Reiki, allowing the energy to flow in its own way, at the client’s pace. Clients receive what they’re ready to receive in the present moment — never too much, never less.

First appointment: 90 minutes

This allows time for a consultation, intention-setting, and space to settle in. At the end, time is taken to ground and integrate. Reiki can be deeply relaxing and sometimes emotionally spacious, so there is always room to come back gently, share anything noticed, and ask questions if desired.
