Eugénie is a Reiki Usui practitioner with nearly 10 years of practice, trained to Master level in the traditional Usui lineage.
She works with people navigating stress, anxiety, chronic pain, and ongoing life transitions, with a particular focus on supporting women through their journey toward motherhood.
Alongside her Reiki practice, she holds a BTEC Level 5 qualification in Soft Tissue and Clinical Massage Therapy, with strong foundations in anatomy and physiology, has completed a 900-hour yoga teacher training in Mumbai, and studied Taoist and Thai traditional medicine in Northern Thailand.
What to expect in a Reiki session with Eugénie
Reiki Usui is a non-invasive energy healing practice that is offered through light touch, where hands are gently placed on or hovering above the body.Reiki is received fully clothed, lying comfortably on a treatment table. Each session is unique and guided intuitively. Eugénie acts as a channel for Reiki, allowing the energy to flow in its own way, at the client’s pace. Clients receive what they’re ready to receive in the present moment — never too much, never less.
First appointment: 90 minutes
This allows time for a consultation, intention-setting, and space to settle in. At the end, time is taken to ground and integrate. Reiki can be deeply relaxing and sometimes emotionally spacious, so there is always room to come back gently, share anything noticed, and ask questions if desired.
Following sessions: 60 minutes
