Ania is a fully qualified Massage and Beauty Therapist, specializing in therapeutic facial treatments and reflexology. Originally from Poland and based in London for nearly 20 years, she has developed her practice through extensive training in both the UK and Poland. She is trained in Kobido Face Massage, Hadado Face Massage and Zoga Face Integration with Tomasz Tomasik at Akademia SPA in Poland. These methods are rooted in traditional Japanese facial techniques and have been further developed through a modern, therapeutic approach that integrates deep work with the muscles and fascia, along with lymphatic drainage to enhance both structural and aesthetic results. Ania is also certified in Facial Reflexology, working with the Sorensensistem™ method and Dien Cham (Vietnamese facial reflexology), as well as holding a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology from the London School of Reflexology. As an advocate of functional breathing, she is also certified in the Buteyko Clinic Method, having trained with Patrick McKeown.
Kobido is one of the most recognised traditional Japanese lifting methods, forming the foundation of Ania’s practice. Hadado represents a more advanced, master-level evolution of this work — a modern concept developed to deepen and expand the effectiveness of traditional techniques through precise, multi-layered work with the muscles, fascia and lymphatic system. Both approaches go beyond lifting alone, placing strong emphasis on preparation of the tissues — releasing tension, softening fascia and restoring flow before any lifting phase begins. Zoga Face Integration brings a deeper structural dimension to this work. It focuses on fascial release and compliments the principles of Anatomy Trains Structural Integration. It can be used as a treatment on its own or as a preparation for lifting and stimulating techniques.
Ania’s Facial Reflexology is based on the Sorensensistem™ and Dien Cham methods. Facial reflexology is based upon the same principles as foot reflexology, but unlike foot reflexology it has both therapeutic and cosmetic benefits, supporting visible rejuvenation.
The Concept of Her Practice
At the core of Ania’s work is a holistic, therapeutic approach to the treatments. Her practice goes beyond traditional facials, combining structural work with the body’s natural ability to regulate and restore balance.
Each treatment is designed to work on multiple levels — releasing muscular and fascial tension, stimulating the nervous system, and guiding the body into a state of deep relaxation. This is when the body can regenerate most effectively. Her intention is to create space for the body to soften, reset and return to a more natural state of balance — supporting not only visible results, but also a deeper sense of wellbeing.
Rather than applying any one technique individually, Ania intuitively combines Kobido, Hadado, Zoga Face Integration and Facial Reflexology within each session — adjusting the treatment to the individual needs of the client. Depending on the condition of the tissues and overall state of the body, she may incorporate more lifting techniques, deeper fascial work, or reflexology-based acupressure to achieve the most effective and lasting results. Ania also works with foot reflexology to support the body’s internal balance and support overall wellbeing.
